Family/Student Updates

Please submit any family information changes to michele.morrison@aquinschools.org or kim.sutton@aquinschools.org.  You may also call Kim at 815.235.3154 x 221.  

Changes that should be submitted at any time may include, but are not limited to:

• email addresses
• phone numbers
• household (marriage/separation/divorce)
• household address
• medical conditions (allergies/prescriptions/vision)
• insurance

These updates will then be entered into your account on Teacherease.  If you are not certain that a change needs to be reported, please do not hesitate to contact us.
