Aquin Bulldog Alumni hosted Dakota Indian Alumni on Conley Field on October 12, 2013.  This game was held as a fundraiser for both schools.  Dakota raised over $2100 in ticket sales.  Aquin raised over $3000 in ticket sales, concessions and 50/50 raffle.

Young and old were treated to a classic 'Aquin v. Dakota' battle with Dakota pounding it out on the ground and Aquin mixing it up with the spread offense.  Young and old were cheering until the end when Dakota crossed the goal line with 37 seconds left in the game to take a slim 8-7 lead which held on as the final score of the game.  

A HUGE thank you goes out to all players on both sides of the field who played with class and sportsmanship and worked very hard (for months) to give back to their alma maters.  Also thanks to Alumni Football USA (www.alumnifootballusa.com) for bringing this event to Aquin--and thanks to all the volunteers who made this event so successful.

Will there be an Aquin Alumni Football Game in 2014?  Only time will tell.
