Following is a clarification of the tuition policies for Aquin Catholic Schools:

• Informational

  • Tuition has been frozen for three school years.

  • Costs have increased.

  • Aquin Catholic Schools implements responsible financial stewardship.

  • Expected monthly revenue (tuition) is CRUCIAL to maintain a balanced budget.

  • Aquin Catholic Schools may not operate in deficit status (policy of Rockford Diocese).

Therefore:

• The expectation is that parents will abide by the conditions set forth in their signed tuition contract.

  • Full payment by July 15, 2011

OR
Monthly payments by the 15th of the month, July through May.

• Electronic transfer of funds (bank) is recommended. Call Mrs. Thayer (235-3154, Ext. 223 for information).

• Failure to meet the above expectation:
  -$25 late fee (monthly)
  -Students may not attend classes/school until tuition is paid.

• If a family experiences difficulties in maintaining the tuition contract monthly payments, the procedure below is to be followed:

  • Notify the school superintendent before missing the monthly payment.

  • Sign an Alternate Tuition Payment Plan.

  • Meet the terms of the Alternate Tuition Payment Plan.
