WELCOME TO REGISTRATION 2009-10!
Registration and Course Selection is here-with vast changes and improvements to
last year's inaugural system. There are two main steps involved in registering your
child for the 2009-2010 school year.
STEP 1 . This step involves electronic entry of a student's grade level(PreSchool-6)
or courses (Grades 7-12).
Current families are asked to complete STEP 1 between March 30 and April 8, 2009.
STEP 2 . This step involves electronic entry of a student's grade level (PreSchool-6)
or courses (Grades 7-12).
ENTERING PRESCHOOL-GRADE 6
1. indicate grade level for 2009-2010
ENTERING GRADE 7-12
1. Orientation Sessions will be held at school on March 30 for all students.
2. Students will receive a 'Graduation Credit Check Form' and a 'Course
Selection Form' and will be advised on preliminary course choices.
3. Students and parents electronically enter course choices for 2009-2010.
NOTE: It is pertinent that students and parents refer to advised course choices
when completing electronic course selection.
Current families are asked to complete STEP 2 by April 30, 2009.
A copy of your Final Tuition Contract for 2009-2010 and a copy of Course Selection
Forms for grades 7-12 will be attached to 2008-09 report cards in June.
COMPLETED REGISTRATION INCLUDES
1. Submitted Electronically
- Family/Student Form (new students only)
- Course Selection Forms (1 for each student in your family)
2. Submitted to Aquin Offices
- Tuition Contract(s)
1. PreSchool (if applicable)
2. Elementary-Senior High (1 for parents and 1 for students)
- Signature Page (1 per family)
- $50 Registration Fee per student
(applied to tuition if submitted by April 30, 2009)
3. Optional Forms to Submit to Aquin Offices
- Sweatshirt Order
- Sweater Order (Junior-Senior High Girls Only)
- Tuition Assistance
- CareerTec Time Release (Juniors and Seniors Only-should already be completed)
- PE Waiver (Juniors and Seniors Only)
- HCC Time Release(Seniors Only)
