If interested, open the authorization form that is linked here. Complete the blue sections of the form and submit to the Business Office. If you want to go paperless for your 2010-11 tuition, please submit your completed form by July 1, 2010. You may submit this form anytime during the school year. Funds will be automatically withdrawn from your designated account two weeks after receipt of your completed form. Even if you have used automatic payments in previous years, you do need to fill out the paperwork again this year as your payment amounts will change.
