The NFL PUNT, PASS & KICK (PPK) program is a national skills competition for boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 15 to compete separately against their peers. Established in 1961, the PPK program is the oldest NFL Youth Football program.

Girls and boys in five separate age divisions (6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-13, and 14-15) compete against each other in punting, passing and place kicking in a fun and engaging forum.  The PPK program is free to every youngster who wants to participate!

With more than three million youth from around the country taking part in PPK competitions every year from, it is one of the world's largest youth sports participation programs.

 

Aquin 2011 PPK Information:
Aquin will be hosting its 2nd PPK Contest on Saturday, October 1 at 11:00am on Conley Field.  Click here to register today!    

Sectional Competitions are held in October or early November.  The Team Championships are held in late October, November, and December.  The NFL Punt, Pass & Kick National Finals will be held in January at a Divisional Playoff game.

Aquin 2010 PPK Results:
More than 40 participants took part in the NFL punt, Pass & Kick competition hosted by Aquin Schools on October 9, 2010.    These youngsters earned first place honors in their respective age groups:  

Girls:
Age 8-9:  Emma Holder, Freeport--60’ 7”
Age 10-11:   Maggie Bald, Freeport--162’ 2”

Boys:
Age 6-7:  Brennan Carlson, Freeport--98’ 4”
Age 8-9:  Collin Challenger, Freeport--139’ 0”

Age 10-11:  Gavin Kleckler, Freeport--209 ’2”
Age 12-13:  Dean Sopcic, Freeport--317’ 3”
Age 14-15:  Jack Gaulrapp, Freeport--347’ 5”

These seven winners now will move on to Sectional Competition to be held in Roscoe on Sunday,October 24th.  They could qualify for the Team Championship competition, to be held at Soldier Field on November 28, 2010.
