For Student's Concerns
1.  Student discusses concern with teacher (coach)
2.  Student meets with teacher and Dean (Athletic Director)
3.  Student meets with teacher and Dean Team (may include priest(s)
     and/or parents)

For Parent's Concerns
1.  Student has already met with teacher (coach)
2.  Parent meets with teacher (coach) and student
3.  Parent meets with teacher and Dean (Athletic Director) and student
4.  Parent meets with Teacher and Dean Team (may include priest(s))
    and student

For Teacher's Concerns
1.  Teacher meets with student
2.  Teacher meets with student and parent; teacher meets with student
