WEEKLY NEWSLETIER May 6,2010 Dear Aquin Elementary and Preschool parents, grandparents, and guardians: LAST LIBRARY DAY: Tomorrow is the last day for students to check out books. AU books must be returned to the library by Friday, May 14th. Restitution for any lost or damaged library books will have to be made before a student will be able to receive his/her report card. YEARBOOKS: The yearbooks will be passed out to those students who ordered them on the following days: • 3-Day. 5-Day 8: K-6 Classes-Monday. May 10 • 2-Day Class-Tuesday. May 11 Students are to take their yearbooks home to share with other family members. Then, the next day Tuesday, May 11, the K-6 students may bring their yearbooks back to school for signatures. There are a few extra yearbooks that may be purchased at a cost of S17 each. Contact the office if you would like to purchase one. DRESSUP DAY: Tuesday, May 11, 2010 is a dress up day at the Elementary Campus. HOT LUNCH: The final hot lunch order form is in the brown enveLope today. FIELD TRIPS: There are several field trips com ing up next week: • Wednesday, May 12th-The second grade class will be going to the Mississippi River Museum. • Thursday, May 13th-The kindergarten class will be going to Oakdale • Friday, May14th-Thefirst gradeclasseswill be going to Timber Lake and the Oakville Museum. • Friday, May 14th-The sixth grade class will be going on their Adesse field trip to the Field of Dreams 8: The "Spirit" of Dubuque River Rides.
