Julie E. Hartman, class of 1997, earned a doctor’s degree from the Department of Sociology at Michigan State University. She is the daughter of Cheryl and Charles Hartman and the late June Hartman. Charlotte Hartman is her grandmother.

Aquin Class of 1969 celebrated their 40th reunion the weekend of August 7th-9th. Friday night events were held at John and Mary Jane Burke’s house. On Saturday everyone enjoyed dinner at Rte 20 Restaurant in Freeport. Sunday included a Mass at St. Thomas Aquinas Church with a family picnic at Krape Park. It was decided to have a 45th reunion in 5 years as 3 days was not long enough to catch up.
